This Tumeric with Black Pepper supplement is excellent. I've noticed an improvement in my joint function, a reduction in inflammation in my fingers, and less bone pain. I appreciate that it contains both turmeric root and an extract standardised to include 95% Curcuminoids. It's easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste.
